Colin Buscarini is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on litigation involving data privacy, consumer protection, antitrust enforcement, and B2C marketplace disputes. His work across multiple jurisdictions—both local and federal—includes navigating complex privacy compliance and regulatory frameworks in digital and decentralized environments.
At IBM, this experience provides critical insight into the legal and operational challenges of the Bitcoin mining industry. In addition to his work in digital markets, Colin’s background in prosecuting antitrust violations in the U.S. real estate sector and enforcing consumer protection laws offers valuable perspective on competition and regulatory strategy within emerging technologies and markets.

ANDREW HELDUT
Andrew is a civil and privacy rights attorney with a strong background in both domestic and international nonprofit advocacy. His work spans issues at the intersection of technology, individual liberties, and global development.
As the former president of the Government Blockchain Association's Chicago Chapter, Andrew has been deeply involved in advancing blockchain technology for public good and institutional transparency. His experience includes advising on regulatory frameworks, promoting ethical use of decentralized systems, and supporting projects that leverage blockchain for secure identity, financial inclusion, and human rights protection. Andrew brings a thoughtful, rights-focused perspective to the evolving landscape of Bitcoin mining and decentralized finance.
